First up, a 3D printing update. I have learnt the hard way that like other electronic devices, 3D printers need to be unplugged during storms. At least it was only the power pack that died. That said, I am know having clogging issues every second print. Today I completely dismantled the extruder, cleaned out a lot of burnt plastic and re-calibrated the unit. It is know running a long print job so we will see if I have been successful. It is what I get for boasting to a friend, who was having a lot of clogging issues, that I was not having any problems.
The printing and painting of dungeon tiles continues with my display area slowly taking shape. Also working on some ruins I printed to be used for DBA / Triumph terrain pieces.
This year I plan to complete some (very) long standing figure projects. However my Wife pushed in first and had me prepare some Christmas themed figures for her.
For myself, over the next couple of months, I hope to complete some 15mm Spartans, a couple of 28mm roleplaying figures, and another Skeleton for my Undead skirmish army, although he is a bit on the large size.
Hopefully I will post again at the end of the month after the annual trip to Cancon.
Great to stop by and keep an eye on you Michael. 😉

Cheers,

Thanks Nic. Been keeping on eye on your blog as well. 3D printing is great till the printer plays up.
